Ward is President of Foreign Autoworks. He’s been in the automotive industry most of his life and grew up with an interest in cars. He has worked for several dealerships over the years including Ford Motor Company, Porsche, Audi, Volkswagen and Goodyear Tire. He spent 10 years working for various independent shops before founding Foreign Autoworks in 1989. He studied import automotive at South Seattle College and holds certificates with ASE, Porsche, Audi and VW. He has served on the South Puget Sound Community College Automotive review board. He has been happily married since 1973 and is proud of his two successful children. He is a “do-it-yourself” carpenter, plumber, and electrician having been mentored by two tradesmen parents. Ward is an avid motorcycle enthusiast and he always enjoys a good laugh.
Count Labelle has been the lead technician since Foreign Autoworks opened in 1989. He has over 30 years experience in the automotive trade. He is ASE Certified and holds a degree as a machinist and is a skilled welder. He excels in diagnostic work for those difficult to find problems. He has an inventor’s heart and a desire for perfection in whatever he sets his hand to. Born and raised in Olympia, he has a grass roots connection here and an active social life. He enjoys off-road motorsports, boating, and camping.
